First off, I learned that kids who start weightlifting and strength training at a early age keep a habit. Many scientists say that kids should strength train with slow pace and small amounts instead of weightlifting. Weightlifting causes kids to have much competition between each other on how many reps each child does, or how much weight he/she is lifting.

Strength training can help kids with a lot of benefits including strengthening bones; increase muscle strength and endurance; help protect the child's bones; the child's performance in any sport related activities; help improve blood pressure and cholesterol levels; help maintain weight and help the child's self-esteem. Overall, training and exercise is very important and every child should do so!

Weight lifting is very important to your life, because it improves the limits of your body. Weight lifting
Can help you in many sports by making your muscles more used to catching a soccer ball, or throwing a football. Weight lifting can also help in your legs, and abs, which is good for running and swimming. Weight lifting makes your body healthy, so sometimes you can eat whatever.

I learn that you should exercise more because it helps your bones. Students shouldn't eat more then 3 meals because it will grow more fat in your body. Students should play outside for sixty min so they can use calories, like playing football and soccer or just run around.
